3 meals a day, lodging on site, team feeling, trips to get food to surrounding towns and/or Paramaribo, training in how to, depending on the assigned and needed job of the moment, and your preferences.

Experience is always nice, but it is not a must. If you are looking to gain experience, you are more than welcome!
